Skip the diet. Just eat healthy.
I’m gonna disagree with this somewhat….there is a big difference between eating for HEALTH and eating to change your body physically. Lots of foods are considered “healthy”….granola, yogurt, healthy bread/muffins, protein bars, etc. Walk down the isle’s of the grocery store and you see tons of stuff with “healthy” labels on it. That’s fantastic if HEALTH ONLY is your goal….but I know plenty of “healthy” people that are also overweight. Is that healthy? How do
