A minimum commitment of 12 – 16 weeks will be required for this program as real, permanent results take time! This program does NOT include any in-person time and is NOT for competition prep. This option is for people who want a custom, detailed plan, someone looking for more guidance or the Off-season competitor.
THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES:
- Custom Meal Plan – Updated and adjusted every 1 – 2 weeks as needed. This will be based on the biofeedback form and the information you provide. Food groups will NOT be eliminated at all throughout the program. Macronutrient based programs OR set meal plans are offered, the best choice for you will be made after reviewing the options as to what will support your long term success.
- Individualized Training Programs – Programs will target your specific goals and needs. They will be adapted as your body dictates according to your biofeedback, maximizing your metabolic capacity and based on your goals and progress.
