This meal plan is created after studying your specific starting point and needs. It is customized to fit your goals. All modifications are based on your results after each phase (every 2 weeks) and what your body is doing… not what we think the body should be doing. Working with our bodies, versus forcing them to do what we want, proves to be more successful for clients in the long term and is how we operate. Teaching you to listen to your body is a critical part of this program. Integrative life coaching tools are used along the way to enhance this process.
THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES:
- A Macronutrient Based OR Custom Meal Plan – Updated and adjusted every 1 – 2 weeks as needed. This will be based on the biofeedback form and the information you provide. Food groups will NOT be eliminated at all throughout the program. Macronutrient based programs OR set meal plans are offered, the best choice for you will be made after reviewing the options as to what will support your long term success.
- Supplement Guide
- No cardio/training procedures will be included but a detailed plan of what you will be doing will be requested if you plan on being active while using this meal plan.
